  Week 11: March 16 -22   A Field Guide for the Hero’s Journey: Chapter 7: REST Going on an adventure is great, but not if you pass out from exhaustion. We tend to say with pride when we start something that we “burning the candle at both ends.” We intend it to mean that we are working very hard, but perhaps we should look at it as a warning. We will burn out and then have nothing left.
