  Week 11: March 16 -22   A Field Guide for the Hero’s Journey: Chapter 7: REST Going on an adventure is great, but not if you pass out from exhaustion. We tend to say with pride when we start something that we “burning the candle at both ends.” We intend it to mean that we are working very hard, but perhaps we should look at it as a warning. We will burn out and then have nothing left. Scheduled rest is a good thing and makes you more productive in the long run. “Every now and then go away, have a little relaxation, for when you come back to your work your judgement will be surer.” ~ Leonardo da Vinci Many ideas have come to people in their sleep, in the shower, in the tub, and in the moments or relaxation.
